Video, voice, signature, and timestamp, sealed into one file.
Each signature captures video, voice, the signature itself, IP address, GPS, and a timestamp, then seals them together into an XAdES-standard file with a digital signature.

Add it to your next deployment in four steps.
Prepare the environment
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, MySQL 8.x, Apache 2.4.x, PHP 8.x. Minimum 2 CPU cores, 8 GB RAM, 200 GB storage.
Deploy the OVA package
Load it onto your existing virtualization platform, or provide a VM at the same minimum spec. No data center build-out.

Ready to sign, with every record sealed automatically.
On-premise deployment keeps documents and video evidence inside the hospital's own network.
Add it to the Advantech solution you're already building.
iWard
A clinical communication and collaboration platform that helps hospitals coordinate inpatient care and respond faster.

Common questions from integrators.
What can eSign be used to sign?
The core use case is medical and surgical consent forms. It also fits other regulated document flows your hospital customers already collect, such as admissions paperwork, HR and employment contracts, procurement agreements, and official document sealing.
Where is the signing data stored?
On-premise. Documents and video evidence stay inside the customer's organization and never touch a third-party cloud.
What do we need to deploy it?
An OVA package running on a virtualization platform or VM server, with a minimum of 2 CPU cores, 8 GB RAM, and 200 GB storage. Storage can be expanded as needed. It also needs one dedicated IP address with ports 80 and 443 available.
What do signers need?
A mobile device with a front-facing camera and a touchscreen, running Android 12 or later with Chrome, or iOS 15 or later with Safari.
Which standards does eSign support?
Each signed file is sealed in the XAdES standard. The solution lists eIDAS AES, ISO 27001, GDPR, and the Taiwan e-Signature Act.
Does it work with iWard and iVideOR?
eSign is an add-on module for both. Contact us to discuss how it fits into your deployment.
